Role of Coastal HOA Management Services
Coastal works with the Board to help maintain a great looking neighborhood and your real estate investment in terms of property values by:
- Checking to see that the Deed Restrictions are being adhered to
- Monitoring the common areas
- Maintaining the Association’s records, including financial reports, correspondence and Board minutes
- Preparing all Board communication to homeowners
- Soliciting bids
- Negotiating contracts on behalf of the Board.
