As a homeowner in this deeded community, you have “agreed to observe, comply with, and be bound by the Gulf Trace Homeowners Association, Inc. (GTHOA) Covenants, Rules and Regulations.” You should have received a copy of the GTHOA Covenants, Rules and Regulations at your real estate closing. All persons on record or title as an owner of a home are a member of the Association.
If you lease your home to another party, you should make the tenant aware of the Gulf Trace Homeowners Association Covenants, Rules and Regulations as your property must be maintained in compliance at all times with the Covenants.
The Gulf Trace Board of Directors is duty bound to enforce the GTHOA Covenants, Rules and Regulations. This is to ensure a great looking neighborhood and one which will help maintain your real estate investment in terms of property values.
