As a homeowner in this deeded community, you have “agreed to observe, comply with, and be bound by the Gulf Trace Homeowners Association, Inc. (GTHOA) Covenants.” You should have received a copy of the GTHOA Covenants at your real estate closing. All persons on record or title as an owner of a home are a member of the Association.
If you lease your home to another party, you should make the tenant aware of the Gulf Trace Homeowners Association Covenants, as your property must be maintained in compliance at all times with the Covenants.
The Gulf Trace Board of Directors is duty bound to enforce the GTHOA Covenants. This is to ensure a great looking neighborhood and one which will help maintain your real estate investment in terms of property values.
Information about GTHOA, such as a copy of our Covenants, Bylaws, and/or financials or minutes is available by calling Qualified Property Management Services at 727-869-9700. Please call ahead and tell them what you would like copied.
There is a small charge for information to be printed, but it is well worth it to be an informed homeowner. Calling ahead will save you a return trip to their office for pickup.
